Grant & Fund Researcher is a research and drafting service sold by Documentary411. You buy curated leads and draft letters of inquiry for a project you describe. We do not apply for grants, submit applications, or send email to funders.
A Prospect Report is a one-time workbook and a set of editable letters. A Launch Package is setup plus 30 days of nightly research and one strategy call. Daily Pipeline is a month-to-month subscription that appends new qualified leads and drafts letters when a public contact can be verified.
Lead counts are ceilings, not quotas. If fewer genuine matches exist, you receive fewer. Organizations without a published contact still appear in the workbook and do not receive a letter. We do not invent staff names or email addresses.
You review every letter before sending. You are responsible for the accuracy of the project facts you give us, for how you represent your fiscal or nonprofit status, and for compliance with each funder’s guidelines.
If we fail to deliver the proof run for a Launch Package within three business days of a complete intake, email producer.grl@gmail.com and we will refund that purchase. After a workbook has been delivered, fees are not refundable because the research has been performed. Subscriptions cancel at period end from Stripe.
Charges appear as DOC411 RESEARCH, DOC411 LAUNCH, or DOC411 PIPELINE. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
